With the changes in government funding to include working parents with children from 9 months old, Banana Moon Sale will be offering effectively : 'One totally free day in nursery per week all year around' for 2 year olds from April 24. 'One totally free day per week in Nursery all year around' for children from 9 months old September 2024 onwards. (The funding is received term time only then stretched all year around). Here at Banana Moon Sale food is very important. We use high quality local suppliers such as Hesketh & Clair butchers in Sale Moor who deliver to us daily and all our fresh fruit and vegetables are delivered from Fresh Farm Foods in Timperley. From April 2024 most working parents will qualify for 15 hours of funding. This will be extended further from 9 months old in September 2024. This additional funding along with the existing tax free childcare scheme will aim to make childcare more affordable.
